Protecting The Coastal Views

The ships will be so far offshore that they will not be noticeable from shore. When a ship is not delivering natural gas to Los Angeles, the delivery buoys will sink 100 feet below the ocean surface. There will be no permanent offshore processing structures, no terminals, no platforms and no rigs to interfere with coastal views.
